Shipping Information
We use UPS ground or the US Postal Service to ship all standard orders. Expedited services and orders containing aerosols, chemicals, batteries and other regulated material must ship via UPS and require a street address or “911” rural route address. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. All orders are subject to a $1.75 handling fee. Shipping is FOB from Anamosa, IA.
No Free Shipping on Air Orders.
UPS Next Day Delivery:
We must receive your order by 6:00 p.m. Central Time. Next Day is offered only
in the continental U.S. and is not available for C.O.D. shipment.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Gets your order to you within two days, we must receive your order by 6:00 p.m. Central
Time (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Next Day/2nd Day delivery does not include weekends,
except for special higher-cost Saturday delivery.
UPS Saturday Delivery
Means parts ordered Friday by 6:00 p.m. Central Time may arrive by 3:30 p.m. Saturday,
although delivery is not guaranteed by UPS. There is an extra $12.50 per package charge in addition to the
next day delivery charge for this service. This service is available from 6 p.m. Thursday through 6 p.m.
Friday, Central Time. (No C.O.D.s; not available in all areas.)

and size of merchandise, with a $10.00 minimum.

Delivery Process
Delivery is based on availability of parts. Please allow 7 to 10 working days (not including Saturday, Sunday, or
Holidays) for delivery of orders within the U.S.
Damaged Shipments
If the package you receive is damaged in shipping, do not refuse delivery.
