Use the attached Official Entry Form or write your
name, address, phone number, and EASYRIDERS/ J&P Cycles 8th ANNUAL
BIKE GIVEAWAY ENTRY on a 3x5 index card and mail it in an envelope to:
Easyriders/J&P Cycles 8th Annual Bike Giveaway, P.O. Box 50044, Boulder, CO
80322-0044. Limit: one 3x5 card per envelope. If you wish to subscribe, list
the titles you wish to receive on the card, and enclose payment or request
billing. Entry form must be legible and completed in full to be valid. All
entries must be received by January 15 , 2008. Easyriders/Paisano Publications,
LLC., assume no responsibility for lost, misdirected or late mail.
Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash, and may not be exactly as
shown in advertisments. No substitution of prize is permitted. One Grand Prize
with approximate retail value of $25,000.00
Winner will be selected by random drawing from all entries received, and
validated by Wood, Weisinger & Sacdalar & Assoc. whose decisions will
be final. Prize winner will be notified by mail within 90 days of the closing
date and must acknowledge notification within 30 days, or the prize will be
forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event that the prize is not
claimed, which can happen, a random drawing will be held from among all entries
received to award unclaimed prize. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL
NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED AND ARE NOT IMPROVED BY SUBSCRIPTION
PURCHASE.
The Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the U.S. aged 18 or over, except
employees of Easyriders/J&P Cycles and their families, it's affiliated
companies, and advertising and promotion agencies. This sweepstakes is void
outside the U.S. (except APO/FPO addresses), and wherever prohibited or
restricted by law.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL TAXES, IF ANY, AND SHIPPING, STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION,
REGISTRATION, AND ANY OTHER FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE MOTORCYCLE PRIZE ARE THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
Winner
will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, release, and
indemnification. All entries received become the property of Easyriders
/J&P Cycles and none will be returned. Winner grants Easyriders /J&P
Cycles and its agencies the right to use their names and likenesses for
advertising and promotional purposes.
For the name of the prize winner, send a separate
stamped, self-addressed business envelope to: Easyriders / J&P 8th Annual
Christmas Bike Giveaway Winner, Paisano Publications, LLC., 28210 Dorothy
Drive, Agoura Hills, CA 91301.
