Being involved in our community is a key part to J&P Cycles® success. Our
involvement could be right here in Anamosa or at any of the Motorcycle events
we sponsor across the country. Each Year J&P Cycles® produces events to
help our communities by raising funds for several local organizations.
  Some
of them include our Annual Poker Run and Golf Outing to raise funds for Camp
Courageous; a local not-for-profit camp for handicapped special needs children
and adults. In 2005, J&P® employees and friends published a cookbook with
proceeds going to the camp as well.
 We’ve
set up the J&P Cycles® POW-MIA t-shirts in our catalog to benefit our
Anamosa, Iowa, Am Vets chapter. A portion of the sale of the shirts will be
donated to them and they will receive a check at the end of each year.
 Both
a local and national treasure that J&P Cycles® takes pride in supporting is
the National Motorcycle Museum. The museum is a non-profit organization located
in downtown Anamosa, IA. The museum is dedicated to preserving the history of
the motorcycling culture. Each year a silent auction is held to raise funds for
the museum. Motorcycle parts and accessories donated by J&P and its
visiting distributors are then auctioned off to benefit the museum, at our annual Open House
Our employees play a big part in the success of all of these events. What a
great way for our ever-growing organization to come together, making
significant contributions to our community.
