| 401(k) Program a savings program that allows you to defer your salary into a variety of investment options pre-tax. J&P matches your contributions dollar for dollar up to 3% and another 50% on the 4th and 5th percent that you contribute, these contributions are contributed annually and there is no vesting period so this contribution by the company is yours immediately. |
January 1 and July 1 of each year is open enrollment time. You must complete one year of service to participate in the 401k, so your hire date will determine when you will be eligible. |
