Paul Gomez, our assistant purchasing manager, moved to Anamosa from the San Francisco Bay Area. Growing up in Santa Cruz, CA. Iowa was a long way from sun and surf. Paul says, "Initially my wife and I had some reluctance in leaving California to relocate to the Midwest. After moving here, I was overwhelmed with the excellent values, both family and culture, that have faded in recent years in the greater Bay Area!
