Our award is given to those who have made a contribution going above and beyond the normal scope of their job, by working together with others as a team, to achieve the results they need. It is awarded based on a Managers/Supervisors recommendation. This form of contribution confirms the dedication and commitment the honored employee has to making J&P Cycles® the best it can be.

Twice monthly, our winner is picked randomly to receive the VIP parking spot right by the front door for two weeks plus a gift certificate for lunch.

In the warehouse a  is given our to an employee who has displayed extra effort toward the overall safety in their work environment, by suggesting a unique idea that increases safety or points out any safety hazards. "We are always looking for preventative measures to cut down on injuries," said Tracy McCarty J&P Cycles® Safety Officer. The nominations are made by the Safety Committee members and voted on by Senior Management.

5, 10, 15, 20... years of Service - are recognized on the Anniversary date and awards are presented at the year end Holiday Party.

J&P's Annual is held in the spring, with the managers grilling and serving lunch to their employees. Each Department dresses their managers and supervisors in costume. It's a fun way to say thank you to our employees.
