Our Iowa Family
Our Florida Family
 We have a
little fun too!! The first Friday in April starts our fun with "Employee
Appreciation Day". The Managers and Supervisors are "dressed-up" by the rest of
the employees in their departments and then have the opportunity of cooking and
serving lunch that day to all the rest of the employees. Even John & Jill
join in the fun.
 The last Saturday in June
is our open house and the whole company gets involved. J&P Cycles® invites
their customers and vendors to come out for a day of summer fun. A bike show,
Motorcycle Rodeo events, entertainment, free lunch, plus big discounts on sale
merchandise; these are just a few examples of what the day has to offer. Last
year over 8000 people attended, coming from all over the country.
 As the season changes to fall, then
winter, there are a few more things to round out the year. On Halloween, we
have a contest for the best costume. All of the employee’s vote and a gift
certificate is given to the winner. At Thanksgiving there’s a potluck dinner
with turkey provided by J&P ®. At Christmas time all the departments
participate in a putluck lunch and we all enjoy some  Holiday merriment! Santa comes to
J&P and so do lots of employees with eager children to say "Hi!" to Saint
Nick. We have a fantastic Holiday Party to celebrate the end of another
successful year at J&P Cycles®
Our employees enjoy both work and play as part of the J&P Cycles®
