These are a nice pair of chaps so no real complaints. The picture shown however is kind of dark, and it tends to obscure what they really look like. The distressed element of the chaps is essentially a blonde/tan consistent color to all of the seamed areas and looks kind of unreal. I had to do a lot of work to modify them so that they would not look as they came. I used black permanent marker and changed the seam colors. Then I sprayed them with alchohol and squished them up. Then I used some sandpaper and a wire brush. Now,,, they are distressed. My personal preference, but I would not wear them as they came.
