Great overpants. Much more comfortable than leather overpants. Plenty of room. My riding has been early winter temps so I have not used without liner. I have not rode in rain yet either, but am confident these pants will do the trick. I also have the Kilimanjaro jacket. I am a commuter and a cross country rider, so I ride all year round until the temperatures drop below freezing making conditions unsafe. The pants and jacket combo provides warmth and protection from all weather conditions all-in-one.
