Received part with 2 day shipping, priority, was really satisfied with that. I followed the instructions and it was the easiest thing I've done to my motorcycle. The part was installed within minutes and worked as described. I had previously bought the LED turn signals and break/taillights and had the issue of rapid blinking. I have a 2011 H-D Iron 883, so I couldn't re-sync the relays like you can on the 2014's, and had to buy the Signal Stabilizer. It has a "load" switch and "normal" switch setting. I tried both settings and didn't notice a change in my signals. However; my turn signals are blinking like they are supposed to now. I'd recommend this to anyone that is thinking about switching over to LED lights and turn signals/taillights. On a scale of 1 to 5 for technical know-how, you should be able to pull it off as a 1 or 2.
