I bought these tires for my Street Glide. I wanted an aggressive looking tire that was a departure from the run of the mill OEM tires. The Perelli Nigh Dragons fit the bill. I will say that for street and in rain these tires rock! BUT, for sand they are horrible. I love down 1/4 mile stretch of dirt road and if it doesn't rain for two weeks it gets really sandy. The traction in sand is not stellar. I do understand that they are not designed for sand so I'm not really bitchin', just passing it on. If I was not on a dirt road I'd buy these again in a heartbeat. However, since I do have to deal with some sand I'll look for something with a little more tread next go. All in all, these are excellent tires for your touring bike.
My first time buying the Pirelli tire I have replaced the tires with factory since I bought the bike New. Now that I have ridden my bike with the perrelle tire I want go back. The grip the road in all weather better than stock . I use to hate going over the pass to western Washington because of the Grover pavement the stock tires would follow the groves and it felt like I was riding on marbles. But now it is smooth and the tires stick to the road no matter what that weather and it holds in the corner. When these wear out I am replacing them again with the Pirelli Night Dragons.
This tire is the best and longest lasting tire I ever bought. Shipping was fast and the tire out performs all others for Harley's
replaced front and rear tires , these only lasted 6 thousand miles , one trip . less then 2 weeks . never again. grip and feel not as stable as dunlaps 402s
Started out a great tire. Great grip on the curves, very smooth, no problems.... except, The compound is so soft, it only lasted 6000 miles. Loved the performance, hated the short life span. Have had other tires give me no less than 12k miles. won't go back to this tire for that price.
Holds the road on wet and frosty areas. This is my 2nd time to purchase this brand and will continue to purchase them in the future.
Like the price, and arrived in a couple days. Wont shop anywhere else!
Blows away the Dunlop 401's. No road line tracking and wicked grip in the corners!
I love these Night Dragon tires they really grip the road.
