great tool. A must have for any clutch repair.
Did not come with instructions, or have them available online. I had to research on forums to make sure to use properly. If used improperly damage to clutch is likely.
I tried to disassemble the clutch with a cobbled solution. The result? A broken pressure plate. I learned my lesson and bought this tool. It worked perfectly.

Well built and does what it's supposed to. Finish is nice but will chip if your knucklehead friend drops it on the floor.

No instructions with tool, tried using the clutch release adjuster screw and it broke the housing. Had to remove the clutch basket and used the tool by buying an extended carriage bolt so I could compress the spring.
Worked perfectly. Best investment I have made yet.

Great tool, made clutch installation and removal very easy. Simple to use. Only criticism is that it came with no instructions, which would have made it tough if you didn't have access to a service manual (then again, should you be tackling such a job without a service manual?).
This tool worked perfectly. There is no way to complete this task without it. It was well worth the price too!
This Diaphragm spring compression tool did the job. Product craftsmanship was very good, and functioned very well. One thing to note. In the hands of the less experienced like myself, one might consider ordering a replacement pressure plate at the same time. The tool has ability to create amazing pressure. Consult the Rider's Forum and ask deliberate questions. Great service from J&P
