This kit is kind of a lie. I have an 07 FXDL and JP said this kit would be compatible. Well one I got down to the nitty gritty I realized it is not. For starters the crimps provided in the kit are a joke. Any serious rider is gonna look at that and know instantly those crimps aren't going to hold on the road. The flush pieces that blend into the actual turn signals are plastic not metal. Aesthetic wise they look good but now that I'm trying to tighten them down they don't seem to want to line up properly and the plastic pieces just grind away as you try to get the proper tension down on them. The big upset with this kit however is that there is absolutely no hole on the right in the kit or the fender for the right turn signal to be wired through. I was forced to drill through my fender and mimic the left side. I give this 1 star because the mounting pole is of decent quality but after having to drill through the damn fender, overhead solder the wires and to have it still not be tight enough for the cheap design after spending nearly $70 bucks.

The perfect product
I've installed the Harley-Davidson kit several times and this kit is just like the H-D kit but for $30 less. Everything required was included and the fit was perfect.
Instructions are Seriously needed, not beacuse it's difficult, but a basic guide would be nice. I cut my turn signal wires in the wrong spot because it gives no template. Also, my just was missing one butt connector, and both the nuts for mounting. Guess I shouldn't complain too much, since it was a scratch n dent item.

Parts required no mods to fit my '09 Sportster. The looked great as well. Only thing that would've made this better was some basic instructions on assembly. It was easy once I figured it out.
The quality of the relocation kit is excellent. Installation was spot on as far as J&P cycles. I will continue to purchase from these guys!

Great Kit. Needed some modification to mount on my Streetbob tail light. But once it was installed I'm very happy. Perfect if your trying to install saddlebags.
