Very good quality and it's actually metal, unlike most of the cheap plastic frames. It also had a nice rolled edge around the outside which actually goes over the license plate's edge, rather than just sitting on top of it.
I used this on a homemade laydown plate mount, looks really good with non-chromed stainless steel socket head screws as hardware.

A nice good quality frame. It could use some slightly wider borders, in my opinion, but it's still a quality item.
