I actually ordered the wrong horn for my scoot, but J & P helped me get the right one with a faster turnaround than I expected. The horn looks great and is LOUD. I hit the horn button and scared my wife who was in a back room of the house. The 4 wheelers will hear me now!! Thanks J & P!!
All parts fit and instuuctions were the best, it made the installation a easy job. This horn is very loud!! People think there is a mack truck behind them when I use it!
I must say the how to install it was the best directions I have seen to install any item. If it was for the jumper cables, they were made strong and if ever needed, they will work fine. Both are rated a A+ in my book,by M.L.Sipin of Maple Valley Wa.
Awesome horns!! Installation was a snap. Very pleased!!
Nice product and very audible. Easy installation and looks very good
Living and riding mostly in an urban area, an air horn became almost a necessity. The stock horn on my Road King could barely be heard above traffic noise. The Howards Dual Air Horn was very easy to install. Even the wiring I found was an easy to do job. Now, if I need to get the attention of some cage charging into my lane, a tap of the horn button will definitely let them know I already occupy the spot. Whoa! Nice and loud.
I am very pleased with my Howards dual horn set. Not only were the instructions well written, but they are every bit as loud as I was hoping. Those cage drivers should be able to HEAR ME NOW!!!!!
I agree that they could have thrown in the connectors for the relay and maybe a little wire and a few feet of harness cover, but all in all it was a pretty good and easy installation. It even comes with color photos and at least 3 warnings not to wire to the frame but run a ground wire straight to the neg. battery post. I guess they wanted us shadetree's the get it right. Now I'm all set for the cell phone drifting drivers...man what a sound, and look great on my Heritage.
