Missing charging cord from box. Looked like it was a return item as parts were not in little zip lock bags, just lose in box. left speaker only worked outside of helmet, but didn't work inside helmet.

Here is my breakdown: •Actually this is a pretty good unit for the money •It seems to be well made •It is easy to use •My first phone call on it while riding had a little static but not enough to disrupt the conversation and it was plenty loud enough in my full face helmet at low speed. My wife on the other end said my voice was coming through loud and clear. •There were no installation instructions however it is pretty easy to figure out, it took about five minutes or less and that included burying excess wire behind the cushion in the helmet. •The charger that comes with it is dual 110 and 220 power; that is important for us outside the US. •There should be but was not a USB cable to charge the set from the bikes accessory power. The fitting going into the charge socket is not a standard mini or micro USB. That, the little static and no installation instructions is why I give it a 4 instead of 5 stars.
