Bike pulls like a train now. Fit perfect except that if you are using an aftermarket air filter don't forget to get an adaptor to get it fixed.

This is the carb I put on my 2006 Harley Sporster 1200 Low. I really like it! The carb looked great and came with 2 helpful manuals plus 2 different sizes of main jets out of the box. The bad thing was there was some missing parts I needed and I had to get them from the dealership. Anyway, with the missing parts bought, I was able to put the carb on the bike in one afternoon. I was able to use the stock throttle cables and made sure all of the cables didnt bind up. The instructions were confusing about the vacuum hose fittings but when I figured that out, the bike fired right up on the first try. I made some minor tweaks with the mixture screw and I put in the larger main jet to be sure the carb wouldnt run lean. I took it for a test ride & it sure pulled like a freight train! Later on I pulled off the stock air cleaner and mounted on an Arlen Ness Big Sucker. It mounts easy on the Mikuni carb using the same adapter ring. Dont settle for the stock CV Carberator that can overheat & ruin engine like min
