I was having trouble with my original float swelling up and jamming in the carb bowl. Sanded it down once and it worked for about two months! What a pain. Soooooo, I ordered the brass float from J&P, it came in about 3 days. I had a little trouble squeezing it in the carb bowl (very carefully) and checked the float level. Put it all together and I am delighted. She runs like new and no more problems. Can run no-lead without worrying about the float and reccomend this for your oldie.
