The jets in this kit work fine but the needle that comes with it messed my bikes ideal all up i went back to a stock needle. runs great now.

The instructions offered suggestions to options of jets considering your engine configuration. I have a mostly stock 80 cid with a K&N fre flow air filter and drag pipes. An H-D mechanic friend of mine gave me a #50 slow jet which seems to work better than the #48 in the kit, but drilling out the aluminium plug so the idle mixture can be set is probably more important. The #180 main jet works great. I also installed the jet needle that came with the kit. I'm sure it contributes alot. The only bad news is that my gas mileage has deteriorated with the increase in HP (duh!)I think I can live with it!!! Thanks for the advice.
