JP brand hardware for me so far has been very good. Customer service on filling orders, not so good. These clamps took 10 days to arrive. They were also labeled EXHAUST CLAMPS, but with the right Stock number per their catalog. I was hesitant to tear into the Panhead if they weren't the right part. However, a failed set of O-rings forced the issue. The clamps were good quality, the O-ring was a little undersized. Soaked them in Hot mineral oil and stretched the O-rings over the larger diameter of the intake manifold. As usual, installing these O-rings is a pain, but that's the design. I opened the clamp up completely by removing the nut and stretching the clamp over the intake manifold with the O-rings in place. I also bolted up the carb support to insure a stress free mount. Bubbled tested the unit and tightened 1/4 turn at a time until all bubbles were gone from the clamp. Test ride perfect, excellent seal and these clamps are STOUT, perfect sized for S&S intake manifold.
