The is a great and good looking buy. The install is not hard. It is not required to take the carb off as they say. The only piece that needs disconnecting is the vacuum hose which isn't hard. The rest is easy. The hypercharger does not stick out and does not make it hard to use the front foot controls. It has made my bike noticably faster off the line also!

Awesome Looks & way more performance. It does stick out enough to rub your leg, so if this is a problem for you better to know this.

Install was not the easiest as with all Kuryakyn add-ons. They get you close. Tech support was GREAT though! Took about 3 hours total. Awesome look & the bike runs FANTASTIC!!!!! LOTS more torque!!!!

Instructions aren't too good - I had to refer to the internet rather often for clarification - but the hypercharger looks awesome and definitely gave me a performance boost. The adapter pushes it out a little too far from the bike, so it's harder to hit the rear brake, but Kuryakyn's flame brake pedal took care of that for me.

I put this hypercharger on my Honda VTX 1300C and it just works amazing. I really got a good hp gain. great product

On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate this kit as follows: Installed appearance: 20 (This thing looks great!) Quality of materials: 10 Fit: 5 Function: 8 This thing looks absolutely awesome!! The materials are top quality and the finish is superb. However, as a complete kit, I don't feel like the manufacture delivered as the instructions speak of shimming the metering rods, but there are no shims included in the kit. The pictures included with the installation instructions are hard to see and there is no troubleshooting guide. While of high quality, the air horn could be 1/4 to 3/8 inch longer on the surge-tank end to facilitate installation and ensuring a tight, permanent seal. The bracket provided hinders installation and I finally just took it off, but am concerned about breaking the seal. If it's all about looks for you, then this is the deal! Personally, I wish I had got a Baron's Big Air kit as I did for my wife's 650.

Love this product! Hate those instructions. The vacuum hose cap that is included is also the wrong size. On my VTX it was easier and cleaner to remove the whole vacuum canister system than just plug it up. They should say that. But I love this hypercharger now that it's on!!!
