S&S Cycle Triple Lift Valve Spring Kit

• S&S valve spring kits are designed to simplify high-lift cam installation and reduce the risk of valve float

• They eliminate most of the complicated procedures and specialized tools required to prepare cylinder heads for high lift cams

• Confirming critical clearances is the responsibility of the engine builder, but most Evolution street cams will require no additional modification of the cylinder head for S&S valve spring kits

• S&S valve spring kits can also serve as excellent replacements in some stock rebuild applications

• Detailed instructions included

Important Product Notes

High-lift cams may require the engine builder to obtain additional clearance between the piston and valves, the intake and exhaust valves and the upper spring collar and rocker cover. Clearance should also be checked between the rocker arm and valve spring collar as well as between the rocker arm and rocker cover. Most valve train failures can be traced to over-revving or failure to confirm correct clearances
