Awsome pipes! The baffels in them are performance baffels and do not do a lot for the noise level.
Good quality, perfect fit to my FLST, great sound even with baffles. Installation took about 2 hours with no problems at all. Exactly what I expected. Fully recommend this exhaust system.
I feel these are the best looking and definitely the best sounding pipes for a Harley available. I put them on my 99 flstf (80 in.) in about an hour. Mounting was perfect and very secure/solid. I leave the baffles in, and I like big sound. They are loud enough but not to loud. I tried them without but it lost some of the fat phat rumble and sounded a little more tinny so I put them back in. My mother in law has these in the long version and they sound awesome too. A little deeper sound, these short versions are still plenty deep. I'd say it is up to personal preference for appearance
Good clean fit with mounting brackets. Good sounding pipes and great performance too. Full length heat shields look great and are very functional. No more melting of the heel of my boot. Ha! My friend purchased the longer version of "shotgun pipes" by Vance & Hines and they are awesome too. These pipes get two thumbs up!
Great set of pipes. Great sound and baffles are easily removed. Perfect fit, I did them myself on my '06 FLSTFI in about 2 1/2 hours.
