Great pipes and a great sound. Only thing that keeps 'em from a best rating was the left support bracket is in the wrong place, much to close to the jack shaft solenoid.
These pipes look and sound great, installed torque cones and a fuel pak on my 2006 Road King. Also put heat wrap just past the right front and left rear floor boards to help from cooking our soles. Install was done in under 3 hours. Now the neighborhood has something to whine about.
very nice workmanship and they sound great... had to do a little modification to stop the front pipe from hitting the brake pedal but that was easy
These pipes not only look great but they sound fantastic! After installing some Sampson baffles the increased back pressure has really woke up my Road King, as well as the rest of the neighborhood!!!!
Execellent sound. I have a set of Santee Snub Nose on my FatBoy and like to sound and performance. I was not disappointed, actually these pipes exceeded my expectatation for sound and performance. The installation took a total of about 4 hours (by myself) OR should I say the removal of the Harley pipes took 3 hours and installation took about 1 with the heat sheilds added on. You have to do some playing and adjusting to fit around the brake pedal because these are one piece pipes.
Note: Please see U.S. EPA and your respective state and local regulations to confirm noise and emission compliance.Important Exhaust Notes:• Note: With any new exhaust, we recommend changes to carburetor jetting or use of an aftermarket fuel injection control module.• There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration.
