Added LED turn signals, tail light, and daymaker. The turn signals came with a load equalizer that was inadequate. Signals blinked at a high rate of speed. I purchased this load equalizer from J&P and it immediately solved my blinker issue. I highly recommend adding this load equalizer if you are transitioning to LED's on all 4 corners. J&P customer service was top notch. If you are not a Gold Club member, you should be.
Use the adapter and convert things in 10 minutes. If you need help, call the tech support they rock.
Does real good job on turn signals
Easy to install enough slack in the wire to mount it.
It worked fine and the turn signal work good with the leds
This solved my problem.
The low heat load equalizer fixed my problem of the original load equalizer overheating that came with the turn signals. I believe this should be standard since the original load equalizer does not work properly without overheating.
Works great...but failed 13 months after purchase...just one month out of warranty :(.
works as stated
plug and play is so easy
Very easy to install. A must if running the run-stop-turn system. It has a long cable so I was able to place it under the left side cover in front of the fuse box. Lives up to heavy use of turn signals.
Called JP and they reccommended this for my install. They were 100% right. I did have to hardwire it in, but the instructions were super easy to follow.
Seems to work ok, no issues...is much larger than the standard one in the kit, so under seat placement can be tricky.
With the Kuryakyn system I believe this item is a necessity. When you buy the turn signal inserts you get a load resister with each pair, however you don't get this load resister. With this load resister you don't have worry about using your hazards, how long you leave your signals on, or your security system working properly, and just one of this model of load resiter does front & rear, I consider it a necessity when going with the Kuryakyn Panacera System on your bike.
