It's okay, comes with the baffle that has fiberglass wrapped around the outside. It is a short muffler but the chrome was clean. The support bracket uses a 12mm so its obviously an import.
Really like these. Good heavy stock. Should hold up well in use. Just remember you need to cut your own slots depending on which size end you mount.
These mufflers installed easily and look great. Without baffles in the exhaust, they are quite loud. Yes you will need to slot the end if you are using a clamp like I did.
there ok and work fine, a little bit of a BEAR to put on
Worked great with the universal shorty mufflers. Quieted them just enough. Very pleased!
Small, Compact little Muffle. Perfect fit.
the mufflers are fine for the price, however they are larger than needed and I was unable to find a reducer sleeve to make them fit.
Mufflers seem to be good quality, although they were shorter then i expected. But they are nice.
Installed within the first 20 mins, I got it and it sounds great for the price of what you pay for an exhaust system.
The shorty pipes worked out well, they were easy to install and what a wicked sound to the bike now. It has that deep throaty sound that we wanted and no signs of bluing of pipes. Instead of rejetting we disconnected the ais system, seems to be burning richer instead of lean.
I mounted these on my 55 BSA A10. I wanted the bike to be louder than stock and it sure is. They are actually louder than I expected but still quieter and more throaty than open pipes. Mounting was a bit tricky, because these can be mounted from either end for 1-1/2" or 1-3/4" pipes, The manufacturer does not slit the ends for compressing over the pipes. I did that myself with a cutoff wheel. Overall, these are a great deal for the price, which is cheap enough so that you don't have to think twice if, later, you want to replace them with something else.
