Roland Sands Design 1" Chrome Clip-On Handlebars for 41mm Forks

Fitment Note: Fits 41 mm fork tubes.This part has no direct OEM application.

• The RSD 1" Clip-Ons mount to the front forks, below the top triple clamp, for a low handlebar position

• They utilize all stock wiring, so there is no cutting or soldering required

• The aluminum bars are dimple milled to allow for stock wiring to cleanly exit your stock switch housings

• Adjustable to any pullback and any height between top and bottom triple clamps with a fixed 5 degree down angle

• Bars feature interchangeable RSD Logo Badges (Black and Brass)

• May need to shorten, cut and/or solder wiring, depending on current bar height

Handlebars Measuring Guide

To identify your handlebar needs, we recommend measuring your current handlebar's dimensions as a baseline.


To most closely match the measuring system used on our site, we recommend the following method:

Push a table against a wall. Prop up the handlebars in the corner where the table meets the wall, then rotate the bars forward until the front of the bars touch the wall. In this case, rise is the distance from the table to the highest point on the bars, with pullback measured from the wall to the farthest point back.

Width: Measure between the two outside points of the handlebars.
Center Width: Measure between the two inside points of the handlebars.
Rise: Measure from the base of the handlebars to their highest point.
Pullback: Measure from the front of the bars to the furthest point back.
