cheap crap, don't waste your money. same as many others bolts stripped out as soon as I tried to adjust them, the bolts broke off and I had to drill and tap new threads for new bolts.now the brake pedal is to low for rear breaks to work properly because the floorboards are too high because I couldn't use the broken adjustment arms

I agree a bit flimsy when out of the package. But the bolts seemed very strong. My solution was stage the arms and the floorboard, put some line marks, blue locktite both bolts and then tighten everything. Noticed almost no sag. Taking the rocker arm out seemed like a good idea but I wanted to keep the stretch. Make sure to have the 9" clearance on the back side of the floorboard when giving it an angle. Honestly love the look on my 2003 Softail Springer. When paired with some fishtails the look incredible.

As soon as I opened the box and it said " made in Taiwan" I knew I was in trouble. I had the exact same issue as a few other reviewers, the bolt broke off inside the floorboard assemble as I tried to loosen it for adjustment. This was 10 minutes after opening the box. I then Attached the floorboard without the extender arm. So far it works, I'll see. The only reason I have kept It is because it's the only floorboard on the market that will fit my '08 night train. If a American company would start manufacturing floorboards that would fit late model Harley's I'd be all over it, regardless of the price. Also I'm not crazy about the design as its only attached by one point. I'm not an engineer and I could design a sturdier part.

Good floor boards, fit well, look good. I had the same things on there minus the rocker portion for a year now, and these installed with all the existing hardware so it took about ten minutes to install and I really like how they turned out.

Sounds exactly like the problems I had. Yes, too much sag. Yes problems w/ the bolt through the floorboard, except when I tried to loosen mine to adjust it, the threads shaved off causing a massive bind that ruined the arm threads as well. I just used the board w/o the extender arm and it looks really good. A little dissapointed that I couldn't achieve the "stretch" I wanted, but the bike looks better w/o it.

I am very happy with the overall quality and design of the product. However, I had two problems that I had to overcome during installation. The footboards are secured to the adjustable arm by only one bolt so that you can rotate the angle of the footboards. That bolt had been properly threaded through the arm, but when I tried to loosen it to adjust the angle, it snapped off in the arm, which required me to drill it out and replace it with a stronger tempered steel bolt and nut. Also the mounting arms mount in the stock Harley footpeg mounts, but there was way too much tolerance between the footpeg mount and the new mount arm, so it let the footboards sag down and I had to fashion a spacer to hold the footboards up to a flatter position. That said, once installed I am very pleased with the quality and the adjustability of the product and I do recommend them.
