Fits perfectly behind the Vulcan 800 Classic plate holder. Functional and looks good.

It does not come with instruction on installation . When I found out where this was meant to go, it didnt fit the bike.

Good item if you need to paste a sticker (any kind, parking sticker, inspection sticker, etc). Only problem I found with this particular product is that the paint wears off. I don't believe it is worn off by any gravel or scratch but gradually, but in a fast pace, the paint on the plate is gone. It has not rusted so far, even though the paint came off all the way about a month ago.
