Well, let me say this: Dynas are an odd lot...it is quite ambitious to state that almost anything will fit such a wide range of years on Dynas. I realize that this is not a misrepresentation directly by J&P; they're only repeating what is on the packaging. I have a 2005 H-D FXDWGI, and I had to use a bench grinder to gring away many of the edges on the OEM debris deflector just to get it to work. I love the way the cover looks, but it does not just slip right on over the stock debris deflector as you might think. Buyer beware: you will probably need to do some customizing (trimming the edges of the stock deflector) to be able to get it to fit. And one more thing: IT IS A COVER...NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR THE COVER. I have tried just putting on the cover in place of the stock debris deflector in the past because I had difficulty slipping the cover on, and this results in the chrome cover cracking and falling off at some point (usually while you're going down the road...how embarrassing!) because it
