I've had this tranny in my shovel for roughly 8 years now. Having the S&S 93" hot set up, this six speed tranny set is the best thing to happen to a stroker motor, smooth, sweet, and strong
i just had the time to install the kit on my bike I now have a 1981 shovelhead low rider 6 speed and I love it and special thanks to J&P cycles for there fast delivery and providing a awesome product as rivera primo and at a great price becoming a gold member has been a ongoing good thing... thanks
Three years old now. works well, easy install, did have a problem with the starter one way clutch went bad but jp replaced it
This is the best thing you can possibly do to a shovelhead with a 4speed. It is definitely worth the money. Installation is a little time consuming, but when everything is done it such a difference. It's like have a new bike!
Awesome easy install. Recommend having an air impact gun to pull your drivesprockets. If you are sticking to a chain drive you need to order a spacer for you secondary to line up the rear sprocket and take up the head spacing between the drive sprocket and the trasmission internals. If spacer isn't correct your fluid will definately come out of the tranny
Haven't installed it yet, but the shopping experience was very good. Product looks really nice.
Excellent product, awesome price and first class shipping and to Canada to boot
Best of the Best
Awesome deal on a great product
I got a special price ...20%off with the gold card club...That makes it a great deal especially with the free shipping!! Can't beat that deal anywhere...also it arrived in 2 days on my door step, when the estimated shipping time was 5 days!! Great customer service! The conversion kit is great ....I love the 6 speed no old 4 speed any more and the open belt drive looks great!! Thanks J&P!!
This is the poorest quality product I have ever bought. Absolutely nothing in it fits or works and all I get from the manufacturer so far is I must be doing something wrong. I would take another these if it was free. It is the worst thing I have ever bought.
Great value quality parts.
