Put this on my bike a 2009 sportster about a year ago. It increased my gas mileage by 20% or so, blocks the wind off my chest so going into a headwind is a ton better but adjusted all the way up, it does send a lot of wind at neck level so will shove a neck bandana or scarf up into the chin. I took it off recently and was amazed at how much a difference in wind it makes. The reason I'm giving it 3/5 and took it off (until I got tired of being beat up by the wind) is that it just looks a little small and silly on the bike. In other words, I wouldn't buy it again and will be looking for a taller windshield soon that matches the bike better. One final note: this is not a detachable windshield but goes on and off quickly and easily with 2 bolts to the bike and some adjusting of nuts to control the angle.
