Not as "cushy" as I thought. It did make it bearable, as there is a "button/stud", under my tailbone, where I sit on the seat. Plus it has started to come apart at seams.

We bought these for a long trip and were excited to try 'em out ,,, boy were we disappointed! Our bottoms ached worse and once we removed the pads, we rode easier! Strange really. But what a waste of our hard earned $ !!

The pad length needed to be much longer if the rider needed to raise it to cover his lower back. The width was about right for my seat although a size XL would have been better. The strap that came with it does not fit under stock seats or seats where there is no place to hook the strap onto as is the case with an Electra Glide seat. I had to improvise and hooked it to a supporting member of the rear fender so I could remove it at will. For Most riders I recommend going with XL size as the large size, even for a small person such as myself simply was not enough. There should be more than two velcro settings to allow for better adjustments. Not a good buy for the price I paid.
