Bought this for my wife so we can go on longer rides. She would be usually get very uncomfortable and need a break from sitting every hour and a half, but now she can ride for several and feel fine.

Riding with this type of seat pad will give you a feeling of floating on the bike. That is not what you need in order to really connected with your ride & how well it's gripping the road around corners.
