handy little invention
This is cool and I use it on all my bikes.
Works & looks great.
looks good but will have to install snaps to underlying saddlebag to keep d rings from lifting
Quality product, but doesnt work so well with all seats. I have a stock seat that this works great on, but when i change up to my Corbin seat, the rings tend to get lost under the seat and it makes the seat not sit properly. So I guess it depends on what style of seat you have.

great thing for carring things
Excellent for making the most of all space
Perfect fit on my 90 XLH1200 w/ 2up seat. Didn't even need to be adjusted.
Velcro strap has a wide variety of fitment. Scratchy material so I used a cloth under it so not to scratch my fender paint. Overall useful. Tends to slip towards bungee pull.
My bike had no way of using a cargo net. This product works great. I was worried that it might scratch my bike, but it does not!! It is excellent!!
I bought this for under my wifes rear seat on her bike she is quite pleased with it. The fact that the seat holds it in place very well and with her cargo net she can carry her back pack to work makes it a great product
Very handy item! (and reasonable.) The D-rings give me an attachment point for my bungee cords without harming the paint. I carry it with me in the bags and it just takes a few minutes to mount and even less removing. Makes traveling and packing easier. Highly recommended!
I told my wife of 29 years I was taking the Hooker on our Arkansas motorcyle trip. After a moment, I explained what the Hooker was. It is a great product! Fully adjustable to go under any seat brand. I don't recommend putting this under a pillion pad type seat except with a light load. I have a touring style rear seat on a Royal Star and had the lighter camping gear (tent, plastic tarps, sleeping bag, cooking kit, etc.) packed as high as my shoulder blades tied to the Hooker. The load never shifted during a 1500 mile / 8 day trip through the Quachita and Ozark Mountains. I had 2 extra straps running thru the base of my sissy bar as extra precaution but still didn't see any give from tying to the Hooker alone. I recommend to utilize a piece of 2X4 wood under the kick stand before packing since this makes the bike closer to level when packing for your big trip.
The "hooker" really works and is an excellent device for securing luggage securely with bungee cords.Well woth the rather high price.
This is one of the best things I have bought for my bike. No more hassel of figuring out how to strap something down to the passanger portion of the seat. Just slide the "Hooker" under the seat and you're all set.
Really good product! Must have as I don't have passenger handrails to tie down gear to.
This product worked great for me on my trip to Stugis. Held things really tight on my 2005 Night Train. Doesn't scratch the paint. Used bungee cords to hold. I was really happy with it!
Very handy, well made item.
If you want to tie down your travel bags, this is the way to go. I have scratched chrome with bungee straps, but I don't do it anymore. The velcro is super strong and the strap is adjustable.
