I just finishied installing on my bags last night. It seems like it is a good product although a bit pricey. I took the tumblers to the locksmith to have them fitted to my Harley key. That was an additional $38. They included a die to thread the emblem bolt. It would be nice if they also included the 3/4" punch for the tumbler as well. I searched all over town for a punch with no luck. I recommend the SE 791LP leather punch set from Amazon $4.25 to do the job right. I used it for all of the holes that needed to be drilled/punched. I'm happy I can lock my bags now and not have to haul the two inserts into the motel with me each night. My only other concern is that the unlocking mechanism relies on a spring to operate--if for some reason this spring breaks, you have a locked bag you can not get into. The instructions could be a little bit better--perhaps the company could put together a youtube video to help aid the installation.

They ship a thread-cutting die with the kit??? Totally too complicated for me and most others to install. Returned to J & P.

Great Locking system!! Like that my Leather bags are now locked and you can not even tell they have them. Also use the locks for helmet locks, works good, does sometimes take a couple tries to get helmet and lock lined up, but should get better with more practice
