Holds the front tire on my FLHRSI tight - in fact you have to rock it a bit to move out. When not in the truck I'm going to use it as a stand in the garage - bike straight up.
Works great but you need to order the mounting plate.
Great product. Holds the bike like no other bike chock.
I can't say enough about it. It's great!
It works like a champ, the price is right, and it looks elegant. Fit, form, & function are all perfect to showcase my Fatboy in my art deco garage! It also looks great on its own when the Fatboy is out cruising, which is a lot.
Installed this in the back of my Cheverlot 1500 pickup for my 2010 Screaming Eagle Street Glide. Works great. I would recommend.
This is my second purchase of this product. All made have a inherent problem of the bike tire slipping in the unit. This will happen if the tire is cold, wet, trailer leaning, and a bigger tire like the Honda VTX. This has happened to me and two other people I know. I have read of others on Forums. I have placed friction/tread tape on the stirrup of mine to help. I talked to the original mfg. of this and they said they weren't aware of this problem. Twice when my trailer was leaning my bike with 130/90B16 tire slipped before I could get the straps on. The aluminum base plate I bought from them to hold the bike straight up in the garage looks nice, but you can't push yourself off the unit. Someone has to stand on the front of the floor plate to hold it down. I personally think the Bike Pro squeezes the the sidewall of the tire too much. It has marked my whitewalls.
