Instructions were not very clear. But once I got the bars on I have been very happy.

The Cobra Freeway bar is great, instalation was relatively easy. I did have to make a little adjustment on the bottom mount point to get the bar on the bikes frame. The mounting tabs were welded an 1/16 of an inch to close to each other. No big deal.
