J&P Cycles® Return Policy is the Best in the
Industry!
We want you to be satisfied. Our return policy works like this:
Return the parts within 120 days
Returns must be made within 120 days of invoice. Shipping fees are not
refundable. All returns must be in re-sellable or like-new condition. Defective
parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full.
Returns after the 120-day return period will be subject to a 10% restocking
fee. See our special warranty notes on exhaust systems and gas tanks.
How to Return an Order
1. Return the part in the original box with the invoice number marked on the
outside.
2. Package the returned items properly When shipping merchandise back to
us, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not
leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return
shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
3. Include the completed return form with your return.
4. All returns must be sent pre-paid. We strongly suggest you ship by
U.S. Mail using the pre-paid return label or by UPS Ground. All foreign returns
must be authorized in advance. No collect shipments will be accepted.
5. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.

Note: Use of the pre-paid return label is for your convenience
only. The cost of return shipping (for continental U.S. the fee is; $7.99 for items less than 20 lbs and $9.99 for items over 20 lbs and oversized packages - for example exhaust pipes, seats, windsheilds etc.) will be
deducted from your credit or refund. We reserve the right to charge a
restocking fee of 10% or refuse any exceptions. For defective parts or ones
sent in error, return shipping charges will be refunded in full.

Sometimes you may still need to return an item even if it's not defective or
sent in error. That's when you'll be glad you paid for it with your J&P
Cycles® Visa card, because return shipping on these items is free! Bike Lifts,
Complete Motors, Motorcycle Trailers, Extra-Wide Bike Ramps and Rolling Chassis
Kits are excluded.
