For the third straight year, J&P Cycles is partnering with 22Kill to bring “Wind Therapy” to American veterans. 22Kill’s mission is to restore “the value of life by empowering veterans, first responders, and their families" and achieves this by both traditional and non-traditional therapies. One of its most successful non-traditional methods is “Wind Therapy,” a program that extolls the “therapeutic benefits of motorcycle riding, as well as the camaraderie and supportive nature of the motorcycle community. This multi-phase program encompasses the Learn2Ride academy for new riders, group rides, retreats, and events and rallies.”

In 2018, J&P Cycles matched customer donations to 22Kill for 40 days leading up to Veterans Day. The “round up” raised $15,000 for 22Kill, which enabled them to provide “Wind Therapy” to nearly 150 veterans that year. We partnered with 22Kill again last year and happily presented them with a check for $17,000 at Daytona Beach Bike Week. This year, we’ll once again be “rounding up” riders’ donations to 22Kill from October 12th through November 11th and hopefully we’ll eclipse last year’s mark.

For 2020, 22Kill is expanding its service base to include healthcare responders who have been working on the frontlines against Covid-19, even more reason to get onboard.
