Runs a few sizes small. I wear a 2x to 3x shirt. First one I ordered was 3x and could barely zip it. It will be worn over leather jacket also so when I re ordered I got 5x! Is just big enough to layer over a jacket. The conceal carry elastic is too small will not hold any pistol I own even a small .25 auto. I've wore this 5x around today pleased besides the tiny useless elastic conceal pockets. Oh and theres a tag that states to wear as long as possible without washing that is concerning.
