Joker Machine Black Anodized Adjustable Heel Footpegs

These pegs DID NOT fit my 2013 XL1200C because of an extension on one side of the female clevis on my Sportster. Simply the male peg clevis needed to be 1/4 " longer. However, if you own a Harley and expect all your parts to just bolt on without issues... maybe you shouldn't own a Harley. I machined (belt sanded) the male peg clevis on one side to allow the extended female offset to fit and they slid right in place and can also be stowed vertical. I bought these Joker pegs because I wanted more boot on the peg and they work GREAT. Like having a solid, weight bearing, mini floorboard, and with the adjustable positioning my feet sit solidly parallel to my legs and don't wonder like with a standard foot peg. I REALLY like the allen bolt which I suppose is to prevent 'droop,' but I unscrewed several degrees up so when riding my feet, legs and knees naturally lean in towards the bike. Very comfortable on the Interstate when before I couldn't relax my legs from wandering out into the wind. Are they worth the money? Absolutely! Do they get noticed by other bikers? Big time and with a little jealously. Will I buy another set for rider pegs? You bet! When I find the money.

These pegs look good, are comfortable, and have plenty of traction. After the first test ride I had to retighten the adjustable angle screws after putting my full weight on them. Putting that much torque on aluminum that cost this much makes me nervous, but they seem to be holding solid. These pegs will feel much more buzzy on a Harley than the rubber type, but I plan on keeping them on the FXR.
