This part arrived well packaged and undamaged. I opened it up and took a look. The rotor is ground on both sides with a fairly fine finish. No burrs to speak of and is true. No run out.The only thing I can say that I wish it had that it does not, is slightly beveled edges on the cooling holes. Of course, if I had paid more for a different rotor I expect I would have found the holes beveled. Not a huge problem anyway. All that needs to be done is to use a single flute countersink in an electric drill motor and cut them in. Make sure to use a single flute countersink on low speed. It will not chatter leaving a nice finish. The single flute will allow for a smooth controled stock removal....Would likely buy again. Still a great value and a nicely made product..B++..

Once installed they look nice.
