Looks, sound and performance all are great. Poor fit for the heat shield by design at the 2 into 1 collector. The biggest thing--very dissapointed with--is the loss of turn angle. The pipes mount so they are level with the very bottom most section of the frame, the difference being is they are 3-4 inches ouside of the frame in essence making the frame subtantially wider to the exhaust side. I dragged the pipes on the very first corner I took and have developed a style somewhat in line with road racing when turning right by slipping my but off the seat and laying my body ahead of the bike. I have had to also completely change the way I take and approach right hand turns. My bike is a 2011 Wide Glide FXDWNG. I will be saving up again to replace these non returnable pipes.

Important Product Notes

Note: Please see U.S. EPA and your respective state and local regulations to confirm noise and emission compliance.

Important Exhaust Notes:

• Note: With any new exhaust, we recommend changes to carburetor jetting or use of an aftermarket fuel injection control module.

• There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Blueing is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing. No refunds on exhaust pipes once motorcycle is started unless there’s a manufacturer’s defect.

• Flanges and retaining rings are not included with most aftermarket exhaust for 1984-2013 Evolution and Twin Cam models. Re-use your existing hardware, or purchase replacement hardware.
