Ah, the classic styling, the unparalleled comfort, the very reasonable price tag. Fitted these bad boys to my nineteen ninety six Honda VF750C magna, “the dustbin dragster” and immediately got laughed out of the room by my sportbike jockeying riding companions. That is, until they themselves straddled the chrome throne, and felt in person, the glory of grasping onto the boney rack of the majestic woods pony. Also the front brake reservoir sits in an awkward position, making it near impossible to bleed/fill without spilling everywhere. 8/10.

1000% PERFECT! These buckhorns gave me the mini ape look I was going for with comfort and rideability without having to buy extended cables for my 1973 FLH

Honestly quality surpasses expectations. I'm using these to replace $100+ rabbit ears. Looks better with the wide tank a d still has old school style. Save your money and buy based on the measurements you want.

Bars look really good.Required longer brake hose and clutch cable. I did not account for the curvature of the bars. They were only 1 onch highter than the stock bars but the curves made the cables travel a lot further.

Handlebars Measuring Guide

To identify your handlebar needs, we recommend measuring your current handlebar's dimensions as a baseline.

To most closely match the measuring system used on our site, we recommend the following method:

Push a table against a wall. Prop up the handlebars in the corner where the table meets the wall, then rotate the bars forward until the front of the bars touch the wall. In this case, rise is the distance from the table to the highest point on the bars, with pullback measured from the wall to the farthest point back.

Diagram of Handlebar Measurements
Diagram of Handlebar Measurements
Width: Measure between the two outside points of the handlebars.
Center Width: Measure between the two inside points of the handlebars.
Rise: Measure from the base of the handlebars to their highest point.
Pullback: Measure from the front of the bars to the furthest point back.

Additional Considerations:

  • Handlebars for Springer Softails are different than bars for other bikes. Learn More
  • We offer bars in two groupings by year of fitment — pre–1982 and later models. The differences are the result of a change of configuration in the switch housings. Learn More
