These arent really toleranced well so there is a lot of slack when mounted to the stock footpeg mounts, they dont butt against the mount surface properly, so they sag down, and need to be shimmed. I dont feel confident putting any weight on them for fear they will break. There is also no mounting instructions and no indication of which is left and which is right. I was told by JP rep that it's just preference. After a bunch of hours and a bit of shimming and trying them both on each side, I came up with a setup that worked. But these are by no means a "bolt on" part. Yes its a bracket with a bolt, but a pretty poor design if you ask me. But they work eventually if you put in the work to get them there. Combo this with Harley's reduced reach brake lever possibly, because I still have trouble mashing down the rear brake.
