Awesome. 4 back surgeries and on and off sciatica, this cushion is a blessing. When I first received it I Deflated to gel only for test rides to work. Adjusted air and tested a few times. Then the real test was my Coastal ride from FL to Myrtle Beach 6+ hours 321 miles and NO back or leg pain issues.
