First off this will raise the seat up about 2 1/2 inches compared to a stock pogo, can be adjusted some. Second it comes with a 350 lb. spring and my 185 lbs. could not compress when seated. When I tried to bounce up and down on seat to see if it would give some travel the center shaft broke in half on the third bounce. Going to try and return this.
