Description for TC Bros. Choppers 1" Chrome Speedline Handlebar

• Made in the USA from 1″ OD x 0.109″ wall premium American steel tubing

• All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display

• The bends are created on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry

• Knurled riser clamp locations are 3.5″ on centers to fit standard spacing (not springer) and prevent bars from slipping once installed

• With 7.5″ of rise and 2″ pullback, these bars look great and give a riding position that makes you want to hit up some twisty roads

• These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most models

• Smooth for custom applications or pre-1982 controls

• Drilled with removable endcaps to make internal wiring a much easier job

Handlebars Measuring Guide

To identify your handlebar needs, we recommend measuring your current handlebar's dimensions as a baseline.


To most closely match the measuring system used on our site, we recommend the following method:

Push a table against a wall. Prop up the handlebars in the corner where the table meets the wall, then rotate the bars forward until the front of the bars touch the wall. In this case, rise is the distance from the table to the highest point on the bars, with pullback measured from the wall to the farthest point back.

Width: Measure between the two outside points of the handlebars.
Center Width: Measure between the two inside points of the handlebars.
Rise: Measure from the base of the handlebars to their highest point.
Pullback: Measure from the front of the bars to the furthest point back.

  • Handlebars for Springer Softails are different than bars for other bikes. Learn More
  • We offer bars in two groupings by year of fitment — pre–1982 and later models. The differences are the result of a change of configuration in the switch housings. Learn More
