• Replace stock oil pump, cam support plate, cams, quickee pushrods and tappets with all new premium U.S. made S&S Cycle components

S&S - what else to say? Simply the finest upgrades available. The peace of mind is worth it. If you're into doing your own work, this kit will take you there with a little effort.

I recently purchased a 2006 Heritage Softail with about 21K on it. I knew going into the deal that twin cams had issues with the chain tensioners on the cams. Read some horror stories about tensioners that had disintegrated after 30 thousand miles and ended up in the engine - bad news. I researched the crap out of the upgrades to gear driven cams and decided that this kit would give me peace of mind. Very easy to install - just make sure run-out is within specs. The kit comes with everything you'll need. Lifters and cams are absolutely top shelf . S&S makes the finest quality. The new girl is absolutely bullet proof now and I've got no qualms about taking her out on long putts. The upgraded oil pump is a plus.

Great “package” of top-quality components! Cams, roller bearings, bushings, gears....everything you need to convert chain-driven cams to gear-driven. Assembly was easy (instructions are great), and I am very pleased with the results!
